With a novel concept in hand, the restaurant’s menu comprises of various cuisines from all across India and introducing or the first time in Singapore, the ever famous Indian Kati Rolls made by wrapping warm parathas around a variety of meats or vegetables and finished with variety of sauces. Kati roll is a street-available fast food popular in India to wrap the kebabs in parathas. The basic Kati roll begins with paratha toasted on a tawa or hot plate. Various additions can be with whipped egg poured in the hot plate and carefully topped with the bread, fried onions, capsicum with meats or vegetables roasted in butter and stuffed inside, and to finish, spices, including chopped green chillies and lime, are sprinkled on top. Kati Rolls are made by wrapping warm parathas around a variety of meats, vegetables and cheese. Each ingredient is marinated in a proprietary blend of Indian spices, creating a distinctive taste available no where else. One can choose from a select few fillings like chicken tikka, lamb, egg, fish, cottage cheese, to make a Kati of their liking. Kati Roll is wrapped and served hot, making it a satisfying meal that can be enjoyed virtually anywhere.
